Richard Price

Producer

Richard is a family man and lives on the outskirts of Norwich in Norfolk.

He spent 30 years as a police officer undertaking many different roles within policing. Since retiring in 2006, he worked for 4 years in developing effective partnerships across a number of statutory agencies and charitable institutions.

Richard has also worked extensively in delivering educational training to many agencies in a range of different settings.

Away from work, he is a keen painter and an accomplished self-taught chef. He very much enjoys travelling with his wife and family and spending time with his grandchildren.

Richard has a wealth of experience in listening to and understanding the needs and issues of other people; developed through his diverse working background over many years.

Bev has worked as a nurse for 35 years since leaving school. She has worked in various settings and has been a consultant nurse in the community. She has most recently been working as an advanced nurse practitioner in a busy GP surgery.

Communication skills are of utmost importance to her, not only listening but actually hearing what is being said, allowing conversation to flow and enabling people to express themselves and tell their ‘story.’

She loves her extended family and has heard many stories over the years from family members that instill a real feeling of belonging and a connection to her ancestors. She is passionate about ensuring her descendants feel the same way.
